Chipotle Mexican Grill - Santa Fe

Worst chipotle I ever came into, the huge woman taking the order was very rude almost like she hated her job! The woman on the register was kind. Corporate should investigate this location. It's bad for business!!!

I've been here a few times since moving to Santa Fe. This Chipotle really isn't any different to the other thousands like it. I have ordered my usual: bowl with chicken or steak. It's really hard for them to screw up the order when you're watching them make it in front of you. Everything has been stocked. I think my first time the fountain was out of minute maid lemonade. No biggie since they also over lemonade agua fresca.

This chipotle doesnt even provide water, you’re going to have to buy a drink just to get water. Moreover, they only give you a few napkins and you cant get more. bathrooms have locks on them that you need a code to go in. Stay away, for the price there is better food and better environments in the

No brown rice, no fajitas, no guacamole and then the MANAGER charged us for the salsas we asked for on the side!! When I realized he charged us, I went up and asked if it was a mistake and he said “if you would’ve put it in the bowl I wouldn’t have charged you but now it’s a side.” What?! I’ve been to Chipotles in NY, FL, CO, CA, AZ, NV, and a few other states and have never been charged for salsa. So I handed him back the cups and asked the girl to put the salsa in the bowl. The other employee looked at him like he had three heads when he said that. In the end, he had to refund the money and throw away the sides. Who the heck promoted this guy to manager?????
