Dona Regina - Santa Eulària des Riu

Pues me he sentido muy solo... sí no fuera por la compañía de mi perro, nadie me atendió, tuve que buscarme la vida, pero bueno... luego me han dicho que está cerrado...

Hotel muy agradable y bien decorado, habitación grande, aunque poner las luces es un lío excelente barra de cocktails, vistas desde las habitaciones al amanecer, Olaya junto al hotel, parking exterior con cargador para coche eléctrico.

Hotel moderno, decorado con gusto. La pena es que los ascensores no funcionan bien, las habitaciones carecen de un sitio para trabajar con el portátil, y las puertas de las terrazas no cierran.

A bit undecided about this hotel. I loved some aspects but some others were just ok. The staff were trained to offer high quality service and the decor and design is pleasant and beautiful. It was mainly a matter of where were all the people who were staying at the hotel?! One of the highlights was the daily breakfast, great options, good cheeses and cold cuts, and a great egg menu (to be ordered separately and not buffet style . Alcohol and fresh juices cost extra which is normal. The rooms were a bit tiny and we got one overlooking the staff parking lot, I didn 't book an ocean view room but was definitely not expecting this either. The amenities were great, a bit tight to maneuver around the sink and make tea or coffee, but space is tight on this island : walls were thin and we woke up a few times from drunk people noises going to their rooms 4am. And the bathroom door wouldn 't stay open, I know some people complained about privacy and no locks, I on the other hand would prefer a door that would stay open as there was no window or natural light in the bathroom. Restaurants were great but people were sparse. We know many were staying at the hotel as breakfast was very busy but the rest of the day they disappeared. Especially with Glow Bar which was very beautiful and had an infinity pool, I was expecting a bigger crowd but sometimes it was just the two of us. It was mid to late September but the weather was still hot. Seaside service was great and shared among a few hotels. Beds and towels were ready and the beach was clean and nice. It was a good stay but I 'll choose a different hotel if I come to Ibiza next time to experience a different setting and crowd.

Magníficas instalaciones, el roof es fantástico, el bar que da al paseo es fabuloso. La atención de su personal es muy buena y profesional. Gracias.
