The Original Ferrell's Donuts- Aptos

Best doughnuts in town. A Santa Cruz staple I normally go to the other location but this one is good as well. Doughnut holes are a good price.

The fresh donuts are amazing. I wish they still used boxes when buying multiple donuts. Putting them in bag can ruin them. Still if you get one donut you're good.

Refused to sell me a fresh donut. I saw some donuts come out of the oven, but the worker would only sell me the stale donuts which have been sitting around. The stale donuts he was willing to sell me were horrible. Even worse quality than Safeway/Dunkin?.

Can't say the service was the best as I went at 11pm, but the donuts were delicious!! $2.95- dozen of donut holes, $2.25 single donut. Not sure of other prices for specialty donuts. It's a must try though!!

The best donut place in Santa Cruz hands down! Very cheap givem the quality. It's ope n 24 hours although I would advise to be careful especially at night since the area does not look particularly safe at that time.
