Starbucks - Santa Cruz

I have to pass it over to keep it consistent. always get what they expect and I really appreciate this thing. I use the mobile app to order ahead and simply cannot thank the exhausted enough because how much time I save by not having to wait in the line

Ordered a venti iced caramel latte with an extra shot of expresso, but received a grande hot caramel latte no extra shot of expresso. Asked them to remake 3 times and still got it wrong. I decided to just leave instead of asking again.

I used to enjoy stopping in for a great cup of coffee however nowdays they don't open until 6:00 In the morning and bye that time I'm at work bummer wish they would go back to opening at 5:00.

Service was quick and good, only complaint I have is no rest rooms were available .

Standard coffee chain location in a prime location in Santa Cruz on the way to beaches and down town. Great marks for parking, fast service, friendly staff, and a convenient location. Poor marks for no available bathroom and no seating indoors or outdoors. Spot could be improved by providing seating and restrooms for customers.The staff is friendly which is a plus! Would be nice to encourage customers to stay longer by having amenities!
