Bidra med feedbackI don't normally leave bad reviews but this was a bit ridiculous. Okay—so my dad really enjoys this restaurant so I made a reservation over a week in advance for my family to have brunch here for Father's Day. Right away it took over 5 minutes for the host to even acknowledge we were standing there. We were a group of five mind you and my mom recently had a full hip replacement so she needs ADA assistance and standing for long periods of time like that isn't great for her then after the host finally acknowledged that there was a group of five people standing at the host stand and that we did indeed have a reservation, we had arrived about 3-4 minutes early. But that fact that no one could even say that they would be right with us was a little flabbergasting. Then we were seated inside instead of outside where our reservation was made for outside and it took over 15 minutes to be seated inside. Like why even make a reservation at that point?! Once we were seated we were told by the manager they were extending the breakfast menu for Father's Day weekend (mind you this was 45 minutes after arrival time at this point then when another server came to take our order they were super surprised that the breakfast menu was still being offered to us (talk about disorganized! it took over 30 minutes for us to get our drinks once we were sat at our table. The food was delicious as usual. I would say the biggest issue was that they were under staffed on a big holiday weekend and completely disorganized which made the dining experience very disappointing for patrons.
Our reservation was set for 11 and we weren't seated until noon on Father's Day, even though it wasn't busy. And then it took an hour to get our drinks and then another 30 minutes to get our food and the orders were all messed up and they told us the bar was closed because the bartender was taking his 15 minute break.
A lovely environment! The food was great, service exemplary, and a nicer experience couldn't be found for dining unless the happy drinking ladies at the next table could have been moved into the bar so we didn't have to share in their merriment!
What a place!Never had such bad service anywhere as in this place.Manager Kelly threw ID in my friends face saying he never seen that before . Absolutely unprofessional stuff, rude and poor customer service.Trust reviews and stay away from this place.
My experience at this place was horrible.Arrived at the hotel with a group of 4 friends, with intention to stay 2 nights and celebrate 29th birthday. Once we went to the bar, 2 of us were denied serving alcohol because our id-s were out of state, and not up to manager’s expectations.I am a frequent traveler and am far over 21 years of age, with my id accepted at airport and all bars/restaurant all over the US. But not by manager Kelly, who was super rude and unprofessional when denying service, giving us suspicious looks and being unable to confront to our complains. He suggested we try a bar across the street.We ended up leaving the hotel the next morning, as we weren’t able to enjoy the cocktails to celebrate a birthday.Great job loosing business! Way to go Kelly!
