Soif Restaurant, Wine Bar Merchants

My husband's duck breast was succulent and flavorful, as was my trout. Our wines were superb. The crab salad appetizer was scrumptious and the caesar was, too. Our waitperson was knowledgeable and attentive.

Always wonderful. I love picking up a nice wine from their bottle shop and bringing it to pair with the wonderful food. I’ve been many times to Soif. Their sophisticated menu and knowledgeable servers never disappoint. Santa Cruz gem hidden in plain sight.

First time coming here, but the experience was amazing. Cole our waiter was super polite and very attentive. The food was great, from the starter to the dessert. My wife was happy with her mushroom ravioli and the duck dish was excellent. The prices are not on the low side, but very worth it.

The best restaurant in santa cruz (after la posta). it is very missed.

White table cloths would be in order with prices. Fall soup bland. Risotto served with very sparse squash, waiter was wonderful and asked cook to make me a side to add.
