Loard's Ice Cream - Feedback

Extremely rude staff. They gave me a melted ice cream, and wanted to charge me for the “extra cup” they were giving me.

Love the ice cream and the great service! Right on the beach! Great customer service. My favorite place for ice cream.

Very bad service and you pay $5 for a scope of ice cream which is so small. I will never go back.

Horrible service. Closed 45 minutes early for no apparent reason. A bunch of kids sitting around doing nothing instead of serving ice cream.

Loard's has terrific ice cream, and great customer service. The cookie dough is as good as any I've tried, and nothing beats a waffle cone full of that goodness...

Delicious ice cream, get the strawberry with waffle cone!! Awesome service, will come back.
