Fosters Freeze - Santa Cruz

It’s Foster Freeze. If you’re in the mood for some tasty ice cream most people know that this is a good place to go. Yes it’s on a busy street but it is basically in downtown Santa Cruz so everything practically is going to be on a busy street.

This restaurant/ice cream shop is a gem in the community. They offer delicious hot dishes, including local favorites depending on the location, as well as incredible ice cream. Some must-try items include the vanilla cone dipped in chocolate, the caramel sundae, Twisters (ice cream mixed with fruit or candy), and the hot fudge brownie parfait.

Great ice cream, shake and malt love the strawberry malt) and good burgers and they have cheese sticks and onion rings and a few other specialtys

I absolutely adore the grilled chicken sandwiches at this restaurant, and I have to say that Santa Cruz Foster Freeze is the best one I've ever tried. I've sampled other Foster Freezes before, but Santa Cruz definitely takes the top spot for me.

I haven't had a Fosters Freeze in a long time and I really enjoyed it.
