McDonald's - Santa Cruz

I recently ordered from Essen Panda online. Unfortunately, there was no option to provide specific details or choose which part of the chicken I wanted. Despite this, I went ahead with the order. When I received it, I was disappointed to find that it was a small chicken wing. The taste was not as flavorsome as their competitors. I decided to try McDonald's instead to see if it was any better, but I was also let down. I will not be ordering from Essen Panda again. Additionally, when I tried to check some details online, it asked for my official entrance, which was invalid. Overall, I had a negative experience and even attempted to send an email, but it did not go through. I feel like I wasted my money and will not be returning to this restaurant.

If you're unsure about what to eat, why not try a reliable McDonald's? The service was attentive and quick, the staff was friendly, and the food met our expectations. The prices were very reasonable.

My children always enjoy playing in the designated play area. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is never too crowded.

I love how freshly cooked their chicken and frits, unlike some branches where the frits are soggy and not hot from the frit.

This branch along Tagaytay Nat 'l Road is the nearest McDo to our workplace. Should 've been the best place to eat breakfast with friends at work. We had our orders however, since we all love Hot Choco we find it quite heartbreaking to know it 's not...just available that morning but totally not being served for the branch 's breakfast meals! So, if you love to start a day with a mcdo hot choco and you had the same experience I suggest next time that you go to Bel-air branch instead which is just few blocks away. Overall I still love McDo, i just wish whatever it 's restrictions of selling hot choco for branch like this must be lifted. Otherwise, provide them different breakfast images to be displayed on the menu boards for customers awareness! #HotChoco #LoveKoTo
