They have very fresh ingredients and delicious food, granted that there might not be a menu so I advise to go with some knowledge of italian so you can ask the waiter . Fun experience!

We have never been so badly ignored before. We sat for 15 minutes but were never acknowledged. No hello, no eye contact, nothing. Nobody asked us to wait, or come back later or apologized for a delay. They just made us feel as if we weren’t there at all. We tried to get someones attention, we really did, but after a while it became humiliating and we left. Can’t comment on the food or service since we didn’t get either.

From the nando is all good, as its are rarities, you eat well and this is what matters, everything else is relative.
