Solita - Santa Clarita

I say I love this place. my last review was a back and I still feel like that. I went for a special preview night on her new menu and it was nothing shy of tasty. my favorite had to be the calamari, but everything was simply amazing. the Diablo-Taco, omg, it was tasty and spicy! ken, the manager, made sure everyone took care of the whole evening and also ensured that the food was located and placed for every cure. I guess when managers come and talk to their moms, because so many restaurants just don't do that, if you weren't there, you really have to try. You're not sorry!

I was in town for Christmas holidays and had dinner here this week. the chips and sauce were warm and fresh. the sauce was authentic with a light kick. I had the enchiladas in red sauce and they were amazing. the sauce was authentic and full of taste. the elote mais was so good. it was roasted, spiced, with the perfect amount of white Mexican cheese. I tasted the horchata, the roasted egg, the churros in chocolate and a fresh watermelon margarita. I recommend it very much! when I am in the city, I am back in definitiw.

First of all thank you to our server Sofia who was amazing she went above and beyond to make sure our dinner was exactly how we wanted it! Foood was delicious!! They should bring the Dj back though it made the vibe even better! If your in the area and want god food this place is a must!
