Achita Sushi - Santa Clarita

The restaurant is small, but the sushi is fresh. The standout dish of the day was the Aji Japanese mackerel.

We have been coming to Achita for over 5 years. IMO by far the best quality fish for Nigiri. They have a large selection of speciality rolls. They have a lunch special which comes with miso soup, edamame, an assortment of 5 pieces of nigiri sushi, and one speciality roll. We ordered the lunch special along with several other items from the bar. The owner Jay is always so polite, and always takes the time to make small talk. I highly recommend giving this place a try.

Best Iv Ever Had! I ordered the seared tuna cospochia. I asked them if they could add some sprouts or cucumber or something fresh. Was best Iv ever had! I'll be back!

The sushi here is just excellent and tastes so fresh! I really wish I had a place like this back home because I would definitely come here often. The customer service is also really good and friendly although so far, I?ve only ordered takeout. However I am positive eating in here would be a 10/10 experience!

Delivery Order: I usually don't get this service when I pace an order for delivery. But the tempura and soft shell crab both came warm, the soup arrived HOT and sushi was perfect. WOW I really like this place! Great job you all!!! Yay 5 Stars!
