Togo's Sandwiches - Santa Clara

One of the older Togo's locations. Used to have a full bar at this location years ago, but not anymore. Clean seating area. Easy plentiful parking.

Service here is super fast and friendly. The location is also deceptively big with lots of seating. Sandwich is predictably tasty.

I just spent 29 dollars on a cold pastrami sandwich. Terrible, I wouldn't recommend if you are African American to go there. The Hispanics are just going to do you wrong.

The workers seem rushed/stressed despite no line, resulting in errors to my order.

EDIT: The GM called me the next day to apologize for my experience, and issued me a full refund. I appreciate the effort to resolve my complaint and improve. Changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars. Placed a mobile order online and arrived 30 minutes before closing. We were told the dining area was closed and we couldn’t eat our food there. The French dip sandwich came with no dip. The bbq chipotle chicken sandwich came with no bbq or chipotle. Then sourdough bread was extremely tough. First and last time eating here!
