Truya Sushi - Santa Clara

The nigiri at this restaurant is pretty good, but I'm not a big fan of their rolls. The parking situation is convenient, as the garage for the convention center is free for both the hotel and restaurants. It only gets crowded when there is a large convention happening.

Our first server was very good and nice. However, after they took our money and tip, we were ignored and skipped by the staff. We had to argue to get a refund and left without receiving our food. Don't waste your time at this restaurant.

The restaurant is conveniently located near the convention center, making it a great spot to visit before or after events. The service was outstanding, and we especially enjoyed the bar upon our return from the event. My favorite drink was the spicy piña margarita.

Tommy at the front desk and center of this hotel deserves Kudos! I take my children quite a bit around to have fun at different properties. Tommy has made this visit more than special. He has gone over and above anything I could ever ask for. I hope the corporate management of this property realizes what an asset Tommy is for this hotel. He has made everything so smooth and perfect. I can’t recommend this hotel more with Tommy here. Most events or anything planned have some kind of hiccup, Tommy has made this the most smooth and perfect trip my family has ever had at a Hyatt. Thank you, Tommy! Perfect

Had the most amazing check in experience, Tommy was outstanding in regards to providing the most exceptional services with all of our wants and needs for our stay. With every inquiry of a different need he when above and beyond to make sure we had all we desired. From the first walk in to the lobby, he greeted us with poise and professionalism. I can’t say enough about Tommy! The remainder of the staff I have encountered were gracious and pleased with deliveries and extra amenities. I would recommend this establishment and the staff to anyone who wants a 5 star experience in the Bay Area/Santa Clara area.
