Popular Japanese bbq spot. they have a good choice of meat of bark, huh, pork, seafood. they also have inner and leber, heart and gizzard. for the drink they have a decent selection of sakes in small shape 350ml or large shape 720ml or 1.5L if they could drink. food quality is great. the service must add a notch, I think especially because they are busy. Please note that if they have a larger group, make sure they order enough. it is mainly spit, so part is a bit small, they need a lot to spit. for the price they are looking for 80 per person with drinks.

Large small Japanese, yakitori restaurant. had salmon, thunfish, ebi, oyster mushrooms and shiitos. the personal was really friendly and very fast service. I will come back and recommend. the green tee brulee was really good.

First time return since COVID. There is a tent at the lot, so wait time is less. Menu has changed so much. Pre COVID set does not exist. Grill options are limited and no tongue. There is no physical menu. Menu is QR code and order via Toast. I missed the good old days.

Okay, food that's not worth the price. You didn't screw up, the food tasted like you expected. Had a bento with spits and I wish there was only a little more food. Maybe one or two more spits would have made the meal more satisfying. The service also took a while that was annoying. The Matcha brulee was quite good, would definitely recommend to try out

I've been here for 12 years and Sumiya is still the GOAT for me. I'm back in Japan. Irasshaimase! Loved: Duck w/green Onion Butabara (always!! Kalbi beef (I think I just like salt best scallops (so fresh salmon about radish miss: I miss the salads. It used to be a great salad. I was looking for more in terms of stand alone Veggies to balance the whole meat. The server told us that it needed to cut menu items that needed a lot of prep, like the salads, due to the pandemic. Service was also friendly and attentive. Arigato gozaimasu.
