Seorai Korean Bbq - Santa Clara

Overpriced and terrible service. we ordered a bark sauce and a pig bell that were around $40 each. there was nothing special about them so we expected a good service. the waiter began to grill the bark for us, and he also put the tongs on the table side, so we assumed that he would treat it. after putting the bark on the griller, however, he simply went away. At some point we had to take over that it had been laid over. while we ate the bark, the waiter came and put the pig on the grill without asking us if we still wanted it. this time he came a few times and then disappeared. we were busy chatting and until the time we realized that the meat was already heavily overcooked (he didn’t even tip it yet). However, he pretended nothing was wrong and “finished” the grilling for us. I ate with many other Korean grills, and that’s the worst pig bell I had ever had to eat, not to mention how unhealthy it is to eat them. I mean, we are completely in order to cook the food itself, but at least be consistent and tell us what we should do, and not just expect us to end the process. we also ordered a tofu soup and asked that it “less spicy”, but then it was not spicy at all. the waiter never checked with us how everything is going. To be fair, the tofu suppe was still quite delicious and the environment was new and clean. for this price they would be able to enjoy an all-you-can-eat Korean bbq somewhere else. I rarely write critiken because my tolerance for bad eating and service is quite high, but I just can't resist such a drop of my hard earned gelding.

Fantastic service, the server were really helpful and gave us a great experience. from any reason they have refilled our supplements every 5 min. I mean, we didn't complain. the prices are a lil high, but I think it is the amount of beside dishes to compensate, the drinks were fun and also tasted super! many parkings as its plaza, so no output es10/10 would return

My favorite new Korean bbq. in front of this background I went to gen, jang su jang, chungdam, who are in order. the only comparable high-end place is 10 metzger. what I really like is the personal that is flowing in English and very helpful to ask and what to cook. I like the smaller concentrated menu. all items are high quality meat. the place is more expensive if they want to order many items, but I order in the rule only one meat, so it is perfect for me. the place has much less smoke compared to other places that made me sick. I also like how well illuminated the restaurant is compared with other places. the personal helped me to taste my first soju that was great. a lot like fruit juice.

Great food but if you and your friends want just a casual entry level kbbq experience there are other places. The quality of meat is definitely better, but know that you are mostly paying for the service. If you are going and want that extra special service and atmosphere, this is the place to go.

I love my kbbq and this restaurant, while new, really went above my expectations. High quality meats, big servings. We ordered the 5 person combo spicy rice cakes for 6 folks and we couldn't finish.
