Carl's Jr. - Santa Clara

I had lots of trouble getting the application to take my order, and nobody at the restaurant knew anything about it. After I placed my order, everything was much better.

Closes earlier than reported hours. I?ve tried twice now, and both days they were closed. Sunday, closing 12am, went there around 11, it?s closed. Friday, closing 2am, went there around 11 as well, it?s closed. Update your hours if you?re going toclose early.

Very friendly and fast service. I was very surprised by the service considering its a fast food restaurant.

Place says it?s open til 2 am. I show up it was closed. Very inconvenient.

Employees could definitely use some customer service training but over all a pretty simple Carl's Jr.
