The owner needs to retire. Rude, overbearing. Not going back ever.

This has been my favorite restaurant so far in the Santa Barbara area! The salad, pasta, pizza desserts are so fresh and cooked to perfection. The staff and owner oversee that you are comfortable and well cared for. I will be bringing my family back again soon! Kid-friendliness: We sat outside and that made room for our toddler to enjoy himself. The pizza chef was so friendly to our little guy and gave him a little piece of dough to play with.

Best Margherita Pizza in world. I lived in Italy for 4 months. You can’t got wrong here everything is delicious.

First time eating here...was looking for brick oven pizza. All was good but did not like the taste of the pizza. Lived in Italy and not sure why 8 didn't like the flavor but neither my wife or myself finished it...Sorry guys service was great!

The staff is so wonderful and the food is amazing! We come here whenever we are in Santa Barbara. I recently went to Italy and had authentic Naples pizza, and let me tell you, the pizza at Via Vai is on point! Thank you for a great experience!
