Great sandwich shop in a very crowded parking lot and busy mall

I ordered a Greek salad to go and when I opened it it had a few pebbles of feta cheese like when you ask for pepper on your salad and they barely give you half a turn? and NO olives. Basically a NON Greek Greek salad? When I called them and told them they mentioned they will give me a free bag of chips next time?

The staff is always wonderful and so attentive! I look forward to my lunchtime at panino in Montecito. It is by far my favorite sandwich shop in town.. it’s a little on the pricier side but you get what you pay for because the sandwiches/salads are humongous. All the ingredients are so fresh and yummy, the honey mustard is the best!!!

Gracie was so pleasant helpful! She recommended to us the #1 with added avocado sun-dried tomatoes. It was our first time here as we were visiting from the Bay Area. It was delicious we can’t wait to come back!

Not a bad sandwich spot, decent sandwiches but we've had better. Location is great, and customer service was good.
