Everything was great except the music is too loud. incapable of hearing each other

We had a great time, eating and music was great. we'll be back soon.

Very disappointing for the new year's eggs. had reservation, but were in the additional room with recreation center typical tables and chairs. the appetizers came with the meals instead of the meal, eating unconsistently delivered by several people instead of waitress. once the food does not provide a sequence for drinks or dessert, then only the bill with 20% pointed automatically applied. really not acceptable, 20% tip add for a small party when the service was bad.

When we arrived, a hostess did not want to honor our reservation. she has indicated that too many people have waited, who had no reservations. she said we have to wait at least 30 minutes. my friend and I asked what the point is to take reservations if they are not honored? they apologised and said we had to wait - we asked to speak with a manager. they shared that they had a problem with opentable that they did not report any reservations. she quickly cleared a table in the bar and we were immediately helped. it was quite loud and there were many people there. Live music, and talk and their typical bar scene. the drinks were good, and that was okay. my friend was served a burned sandwich and a server dropped my food. but they both replaced timely. the menu was extensive and I would be willing to try it again.

Some of the meals were very good, but two had to be sent back for being extreamly salty. The service is slow and the price is high for pub food. We made a reservation for eight people and when we arrived it took them 10 minutes to set up the table. All they did was add pre-wrapped silverware and stack the menus on the end of the table. The restaraunt was only about 25% full.
