This place tea is good. The location is cute but in the corner where it's hard to find. They deserve more than 3 stars though. Workers are so kind. The milk tea is perfect for a hot day. Will be back.

The tea was good. The lobby was hot and stuffy and the place had a weird smell to it. With so many good boba spots in OC this one will not be my top pick.

Weak tea and even weaker Vietnamese coffee. The employees didn't know what they were doing and seemed to be training but that's ok bc it seems like a newer place. Waste of $6 for a Vietnamese iced coffee that tastes like water with a shot of sugar.

Ordered a drink and was told they didn't have the ingredients to make it. They tried to convince me to take a substitute ingredient, but I didn't want it. Ordered a cheaper drink and they did not refund the difference. Left extremely dissatisfied and never coming back. I even tipped 33% lmfao. The drink was bomb tho
