Ihop - Santa Ana

Came on the weekend with my family. The wait time was 40 mins. We were really sad when our kids weren?t able to choose from the minion meals. They told us that those items didn?t exist. The family that was seated behind us and their kids were eating theminion pancakes. It was just a small problem, but that was the whole reason for our trip. Our host was Juanito he was lovely.

Had dinner here on 6/2/22 for happy hour since kids eat for free. The food was ok. Was looking forward to a nice hot coffee to go along pancakes, however, it was cold. Asked for more coffee but there was no difference. I think it was due to it being in athermal carafe instead of the coffee being freshly made. At least the waitress was nice and pancakes were decent.

OPEN 24 HOURS! The food is what you'd expect from a typical IHOP. The service here was outstanding. I will definitely return if I'm ever in Santa Ana again.

We had an average experience, and I don't think we'll be coming back. The silverware was dirty. The host served my coffee, and halfway through, I noticed my mug was also dirty. The food itself was fine. Our server was friendly but seemed distracted by the other staff. I even had to go to the front to get my bill. If you're a fan of IHOP, I recommend driving a little further to Costa Mesa; you'll definitely enjoy your meal there more.

This is a fantastic spot with friendly staff and quick service, perfect for refueling after a cross-country meet.
