Bouche Bistro Santa Fe

The restaurant has a great wine selection and serves an amazing French onion soup. The short ribs were cooked perfectly and the French fries were incredible - each fry was perfectly crisp. Although it was the most expensive meal we had in Santa Fe, it was some of the best French food we've ever had in the US!

When we visited the restaurant on a Tuesday night for dinner, we found that it was understaffed and surprisingly busy. However, despite the staff apologizing for the inconvenience, our meal was served promptly and the food was excellent. The entire team at the restaurant worked together to make sure everything ran smoothly, and we were very pleased with our experience. Thomas and Sean provided exceptional service. We highly recommend this restaurant.

The French cuisine at this restaurant is simply delicious! We tried the sweetbreads, escargots, and butternut squash raviolis with duck confit, and everything was fantastic.

As always gave us thomas and his personal a great experience. absolutely our restaurant of choice for our special occasions!

Restaurant week so the room was busy and happy. the menu was fixed, but showed good choices and old favorites. service was excellent. we enjoyed our evening.
