The food was good. Afagato was served cold with freezer, espresso was cold on cold ice, not the way it should be done.

Slow to honor reservation- seated at 7:25 for 7:00 Service so slow over 70 min to get food served. Little attention Not the first time Understaffed? Problem in the kitchen?

Unfortunately, they seemed short on the staff tonight. Long wait for our meals, long wait for desserts and again for coffee. My mocha was a latte so it had to be repaired. We ordered a bottle of wine and got the wrong bottle we didn't recognize until we finished it halfway and commented it was so good. Two of us ordered the fetters with shrimps and a tomato sauce and it had no taste, small tomatoes, very bland. Lachs was delicious. Intentions seemed good, but service and communication were missing.

We had a disappointing experience at the restaurant tonight due to understaffing. We had to wait a long time for our meals, desserts, and coffee. My mocha was actually a latte and had to be re-made. We also received the wrong bottle of wine, but didn't realize until halfway through and found it surprisingly good. The dish of fetters with shrimp and tomato sauce was lacking in taste, with small bland tomatoes. However, the Lachs was delicious. Overall, while the intentions of the restaurant seemed good, the service and communication were lacking.

We had a great time at dinner and can't wait to come back for our next meal.
