Bidra med feedbackThink this place may have changed names I'm not sure as there were about 3 or 4 on the sign. Anyway had a long day and went in for a family take away. The food being served to diners actually looked quite good but when we got home the lot went in the bin and I had to go back out for take away pizzas. Enough said
My husband and I went to try dining at the new Cosmo restaurant in Norwich. Based on restaurants in New York and London , it's a multicultural dining experience with sections to indian, British , Chinese japenese cuisines etc all under one roof. We sat down after being led up on an escalator to dining hall. Food was poor. Very poor. I choose teriyaki and looked at the platters they gave us as examples of food they provided. Alas the platters were the enticement. I had chosen a beef steak fried to be laid on udon noodles with baby corn , asparagus and baby tomatoes with dressings and elegance. What I was being given was the steak with chunky sliced onions and peppers. Nothing looking like the dishes presented. Being told these are only presentation dishes. So I grabbed 3 small sushi rolls and sat down at my table. Given an empty glass went to fill it with a drink. Could not drink alcohol due to pregnancy so my drinks were not served to me yet they were to my husband. I picked up my knife and fork and had a bite. Put down my knife and fork and took out a pill from my bag to take with a sip of drink. The girl clearing up tables put her hands on my plate and started to say I will clear it up. I did not want the food after her hands had been all over the plate, near the good. But having sat for less than five minutes to eat was abit to fast for pregnant me with fast food. A bumbling manager later, what can you do? Answers, we left in disgust without paying. Even husbands Chillie was wishy washy. Aim of Cosmo in Norwich, come quick, eat and out the door so we can send next hoard of people to maximise profit. Even if it means eat food in five mins. Appalling service, food advertised not available , rude manners and quick service to throw you out.
I am sat trying to think of something positive oh yeh the location it's in a beautiful part of Majorca ! The service was terrible, but the food was both very poor and expensive for what it was there are so many other good places to eat Juans Steakhouse and Kenna's Irish Bar.
Lovely food great value. Staff rude and not professional at all. But for €19 3 course, 2 drinks. You cant really complain.
The food was ok, the chow mein was alright but the chicken balls were very hard/crispy. The ice cream we were given was out of a yogurt pot. Service was quick
