La Tagliatella Torre Blanca

I used to come here when we lived in Sant Cugat when I was a child and I always loved the food. Me and my boyfriend came back last year on our anniversary because I wanted to show him my favourite places, he enjoyed it so much too that we went to La Tagliatella in Barcelona city the next night. The dishes are always massive and so tasty, I rave about it to all my friends and wish there was one in England.

A group of 4had dinner here the food was good but the service was poor, plates cleared while others were still eating, this is a sign of untrained staff. Other than that a good evening.

A few days ago, we booked a table for 5 people to have lunch in La Tagliatella in Sant Cugat on Saturday November 4th. We did the booking through the Fork, under my father's account. An hour before getting to the restaurant, we received an email from the Fork indicating that the restaurant had cancelled our booking without further explanation. We tried to call the restaurant several times and no answer. Taking a look at the website, everything seems booked for today’s lunch... suspicious... they probably prefer other bookings than the ones coming from the Fork. We sent an email to their customer center the same Saturday and we still haven't received any reply, apology or comment. It's a first hand experience, if you need it, I can provide the booking reference. In any case, I don't think that's a reliable attitude or way of treating customers. We all can do mistakes, but what makes a difference is the way they are resolved. An in this case, they didn't give any explanation on the last minute cancel nor replied the mail sent to the customer center. I've been to several Tagliatella restaurants, mainly in Barcelona, and also to this one in Sant Cugat. But I don't think I'll back to the Sant Cugat's.

Buen tratamiento buen servicio todo muy buen precio de calidad, limpio y con excelente protocolo de seguridad, especialmente la camarera experta en buen café irlandés. vamos a volver !!! platos para compartir o no, la cantidad es generosa)
