Unfortunately we are somewhat disappointed after the good reviews. it began that the room was not yet prepared when checking in. we did not feel very comfortable, only two friendly services did this a bit. we booked two nights spontaneously (without having received a booking confirmation) and would have had to leave early for family reasons, but they wanted 100% cancellation fees for this. the booking confirmation then arrived by mail a few minutes after the conversation with the herren at the reception.The eating was good and also the wellness area was well maintained.We were still surprised that the coffee was not included in the afternoon snack (coffee and cake).The price is not quite justified as we have received more in other wellness hotels for this amount. price-performance ratio is not given.
