Gloria Jean's Coffees - Sangla Hill

It was really hot inside to be honest their standard is getting low day by day. They need to work on staff training politeness aand other things that should bring back the golden days. There is too much competition but they are not really equipped. Staff has no idea how to take order. There is always room for improvement got coffees but they are just average.

Good place, good ambiance and well mannered staff. One of best coffee places in Islamabad. Ordered latte, mocha, pancakes and chocolate lava. Loved the pancakes and latte. Recommended.

I appreciate the open space inside which is best to work on go or to hangout with friends. Really like the sandwiches and super staff service. Highly recommended.

Had their cappuccino cup the other day, pricey but really yummy. I love the outdoor sitting area too plus the staff is really following the Covid 19 sops.
