Bidra med feedbackHORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! THE STAFF IS SO RUDE. THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! THEY TRY AND CHARGE YOU FOR EXTRA TOPPINGS OR LIE AND SAY I CAN'T USE MY REWARDS!!! I AM SO ASTONISHED THEY ARE STILL EVEN OPEN. WORST PLACE EVER!!!! I AM SO SHOCKED THE DISTRICT/GENERAL MANAGERS DON'T REVIEW THIS LOCATION.
AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST!! This is the closest location to me, yet I go out of my way to go to the Lorton location. The meats are spoiled. The vegetables are old are welted. On two separate occasions I have ordered the steak and cheese. The steak taste sour and is certainly spoiled!! I walked in one day to find a staff member in the back cleaning and spraying with some pink solution. He came to the front with purple gloves on where he proceeded to put clear gloves on, ON TOP OF THE CLEANING GLOVES he was wearing, He attempted to begin serving my order where I kindly asked him to remove the cleaning gloves and wash his hands before he began. I ended up leaving. I just didn't feel comfortable eating there as I now questioned the proper handling of all the food there. AVOID THIS LOCATION. THE LORTON LOCATION HAS FRESHER OPTIONS!
They try to charge you extra once you're at the register for normal stuff that comes on a sub. They'll lie about rewards scanner being broken. They'll lie about not having certain ingredients even though you can see them in front of you. No signs about out of stock food, broken machines, or extra costs for certain menu items they just surprise you when you try and checkout.Weird place. I go to Subways often, but I will never go back to this one. I never know what the same sub will cost.
The service here is stuped and portions are just don't on standard they think by keeping the small portion they will improve the customer service oh well not.Always not busy the 3 people working there making fun when you ask for more speaking there language that's not right never go again this subway sucks
I walked in an ordered a turkey sandwich with provolone cheese and I kid you not was told they didn 't have any when I could see they had some(literally in front of my face), when I pointed it out to them I was told it was only for their online orders!! The only way I could get their provolone cheese was if I ordered online!! Despite the fact that I was literally right in front of them!!! I asked the staff(which I believe was the manager or perhaps owner) that were I to place an order on my phone at that very second would they give me a sandwich with provolone cheese, they responded yes , but no if I placed the order in person. To which I responded that it was messed up and that I would take my order(business) some place else.
