Mcdonald's - Sanford

I came here 3 or 4 times... The service is bad and I hear all the employees cussing and I seen 2 employees vaping or smoking all of them just kinda stand around and do nothing the first time I was here they gave me the wrong order and I tried to talk to a manager and she was very rude and so was the employee so I did get my meal after an hour of waiting so I will not be there again just go anywhere else

It depends on who works the front counter but if it's Ethan he has great service and when he brings bags out he is always kind and makes sure everything is in the bag before someone leaves

It was a good meal. It was hot. And I did not. Have to cook. lol

Employees are always friendly and food is always hot.

Gave me my total before I finished ordering. Got every part of the order wrong except for hash browns and a coffee (we think the coffee was right.
