Chick-fil-a - Sanford

I was really disappointed with my chicken sandwich.. it was dry (no sauce). The fries weren't crisp. The drive-thru ordering process was great, except that there was no chance to see a menu. There was a long wait to receive our food, and then once wereceived it, we still had to wait another 10-15 minutes to leave because there is no lane to leave once you receive your order.I'm not inclined to go to that location ever again!

I think the food is just okay. Very small portions of chicken. They are generous with the waffle fries. I just thought that the nuggets and the very very small chicken strips were definitely not worth $20

At lunchtime on a Saturday it seemed a little less organized than most Chick-fil-a restaurants. They forgot to bring our drinks. I got the impression that some of the staff was fairly new and learning the routine to make things run smoothly. No problem withthe food taste or freshness.

Beth made an excellent point. Mobile ordering should be more time saving but it's not. I check that in at the restaurant still wait 15 minutes.... sometimes longer after I get there.

Came by to get a $4 burrito, no meat untill the very back!! Unacceptable has to be eatin lik a sandwich take it off the menu if it cant b made right $10 wasted still have a. Chicken one left. Chic fil a is slacking not lik it used to be :
