Local Flavors Market Cafe - Sandy

The owner Chris is fantastic! We live close by and come here often, mainly for the fresh produce. They offer a variety of fun and unique food items that are all locally sourced. I love supporting local businesses and keeping our community thriving, instead of shopping at big chains that outsource to China. If you're in Sandy or just passing through, make sure to stop by and check them out!

My 6-year-old daughter and I visited this place to pick out a pumpkin for Halloween, and we were pleasantly surprised by the fun activities they offered. We enjoyed a hayride, feeding the goats and donkeys (each ride and cup of food cost $1), playing in a corn pit, taking photos at a backdrop, and choosing from a variety of pumpkins. We found a nice medium-sized pumpkin for just $2.80. The staff was friendly and provided good service. We plan to return before Halloween for another hayride. Plus, we appreciated the eco-friendly aspect with no emissions. Yay!

Fresh produce and very polite people working there. They also have this farm with some pigs, goats and hens and I think you can bring your kids there to check out!

If you want a terrific sandwich for an amazing price, you HAVE to have lunch at Local Flavors. We go in for an avocado, BLT every Friday and love it. Of course, we also love to gather fresh local produce and thumb through the other crafts, products and goodies from local artists.
