Alex H the cashier was very ingenious, he rocked the ship a knocked it out of his chef in the back in blue shirt, but was very respectful to the employees a bang of the customer should not be tolerated at a workplace or give customers dirty look at speaking. But the food was great.
Terrible customer service. We were ignored for almost 30 minutes and some people went out of the store in frustration. They seemed to prioritize larger orders before smaller, regardless of when they were placed. We have tried to ask for an update on a pizza that we ordered an hour before to be ignored only a few more. One of the worst pizza experiences I had in years. We're not coming back.
Not great, but out there is worse. I need to go home to remember why I don't go more often. Employees never seem to be happy (unimportant, what situation, and honestly, you cannot accuse them), vouchers and offers usually have to be ordered online. I forgot this part and had to order with my phone when the employee was in front of me and couldn't help. Somehow I chose a location other than the one I was, so only 7 minutes went to the other place.
I would have given 5 stars but on this particular trip I went in to pick up my order after receiving an email telling me it was ready and the portal number. When I arrived 10 minutes later it was not ready. When I had asked how long for my order they told me another 20 minutes. They said that they got a large order after mine that they were trying to fulfill. I just wish that they won't send the email to tell you to come get your food before your food is ready. In a couple of the employees working felt put out when I asked like I should just deal with it and not ask questions and just take it when it comes. It will definitely be a while before I go back if I ever go back.
