Bidra med feedbackSetting is nothing you would expect tucked in a corn field. Waterfall and waterfront views and seating abound! Service was prompt and pleasant. Seasoned waitress took time to laugh with us. Margaritas were good, went down smoothly. Made in batch inhouse. BUT....how can a place with signature drink as Margaritas NOT have chips and salsa?? Doesn't need to be free. Very willing to pay for them, but seriously? Appetizer menu didn't match name. No interest in meal, it was an afternoon impromptu with friend. Fun indoor and outdoor party settings. Beware...many steps for entry up and down. Look for accessibility.
Great laid back atmosphere! Comfortable seating inside, outside, and a tiki bar. Menu was varied and a good selection to choose from. Food was served quickly and everything our party of three had was delicious. Our server was super friendly, upbeat. And a pleasure to have waiting on us.
The waterfall was beautiful! The service was great. Food was ok. Nothing out of this world, though. I can't say how the margaritas were though.. i didn't get one. I would probably go back again. Hopefully the Weather holds up next time so we can eat outside.
Great view of the water fall. Good daily specials. BBQ ribs were not good but will definitely be going back for the view.
After a fun day in cedar point we decided to stop here for dinner before we go back to toledo. it was our first time at every place so we were not sure what to expect. I am completely honest and above all I had a problem with mobility in the restaurant where if they want to eat inside, they need to go down and if they want to eat on the deck, they need to go up both extremely difficult for someone with a wheelchair. After we had set ourselves, we met our server, micala, who was great! she was so friendly, made great suggestions for drinks and was incredibly attentive. the food....OH my gott! we started with bbq smetterten pommes (fries loaded with queso, ananas salsa, cilantro, feta, and we chose smoked brisket. the part was huge! that one could have eaten easily from four people, we ate most with two. when I was the passerby, I could have the biker girl margarita. let me begin by saying I have a love/hate relationship with tequila thanks to a night of binge drinking in tijuana, so for me even think about the ordering of a margarita, took a little convincing. the drink went like a fat child on a saw. I couldn't even smell the tequila that went down her smoothly. we ordered the two meat plates he had brisket and pulled pork while I had brisket and smoked. he had the standard pages coleslaw and mais. the claw was delicious. I decided to upgrade to tweebel rings and roasted green tomaten (a first for me.) both meal times came with maisbrot. my board couldn't be done so that at the end I took a lot of it home to eat today. Despite the lack of accessibility, I will eat here in a definitive way when we are on this one.
