Pizza House West - Sandusky

We love this pizza place. We ordered a hot mexican pizza and it arrived without any ground beef on it. Called them back and they insisted it had it on it repeatedly. It did not have a crumble if it anywhere on the entire pizza. I must say even though theythought we were wrong they offered to make another or credit us a free one next time. So, they did us right. It was weird butstill good without the ground beef. Thanks for your understanding Pizza House West.

Pretty solid pizza joint. A favorite to many locals. Pizza, wings, and subs are all good here.

Love the pizza here and the prices aren't bad either.

Normally the service is amazing. The guy that?s answering the phone today has a messed up attitude. I normally order from them every other day sometimes everyday for my son. I order from them cause it?s literally right down the street from my house and we normally walk cause it?s convenient but I think I?m going to have to choose another pizza place. Thanks to the ones that provided good customer service
