Domino's Pizza - Sandusky

Food was great! Ordered it online and when I saw a delivery time of two hrs I called the store and spoke with Dustin. Wasn't super surprised that they're running short staffed as they were advertising that they were hiring drivers in their hold music. Asked Dustin if I could change it to pickup. He said absolutely and that it would be ready in 20 minutes. As far as I'm concerned they're doing the best they can with what 2021 has handed them. Great job, Dustin! Keep it going. You ARE appreciated!

The van used my daughter I was in the shower when he came here. my daughter asked where the money is for the pizza, I said my money is on my night table. she's getting everything. 2 twenty dollar bills 3 five dollars and four he took everything and the bill was only 30 something. of course, nothing has to do with it.

Store on Perkins ave in Sandusky-customer service is awful !!!! Marked my order as COMPLETED and my order was not delivered. I wasn’t notified what’s happening and that my order will be late. I had to call to find this out. Very unprofessional! Shame on you Aaron!!! I hope you treat other customers with some dignity and respect their valuable time.

Used the Domino's App. It was easy. Pizza was hot and ready when I arrived.

We ordered from here this evening and first off the delivery driver, Pirate-Rob, is Amazing; he got our dinner to us in excellent time and has a superb personality, to say the least!However, I ordered honey BBQ Habanero wings, they were delivered plain, they forgot to pack my coke and I have had better Taco pizza.Pirate-Rob took my wings back and had them coated and brought my coke back in record time, even though he had another delivery after mine.I give the delivery driver five stars but the establishment itself a 3If you deliver from this Dominos ask for Pirate-Rob. If something is wrong he will make it right!The inside staff needs to get it together
