Bidra med feedbackIs the second time when we went to this hotel. The rooms are big enough and clean. The personal is very smiley and always ready to help. Thank you for a nice and relaxing holiday, specially thanks to Mrs Nejla Erdem.
Not a speck of dust in sight! This place is so clean I wanted to clean up after myself after having coffee in the lobby. Certified covid secure area as advertised by the flyer on the entrance. *Food was good and salads were well washed and fresh. No complains about meals. *Rooms are spacious and clean. *Pools are very clean...high visibility under water. The shape of the pool allows everyone to enjoy the water while maintaining safe distance from people. *Absolutely recommend the massage services...especially Emine hanim for ladies, who has extensive experience. Best massage I have ever had in Turkey. Now for the cons: there is only one, really. Complimentary bath amenities were given sparingly and were not good quality at all! The hand soap refuses to wash out, the shampoo doesn't clean hair, conditioner doesn't condition hair. Highly recommend taking your own shampoo/conditioner/hand soap. Other than that, we had a wonderful time in the thermal pools and at the hotel.
Enjoyed every minute of it! Please, ignore the previous bad comments we haven’t seen any of the mentioned problems. The pools and spa are very clean, rooms are a bit old but clean and spacious, dinners just wonderful. We were lucky to catch a snowy day there so cozy to be swimming in the warm pool and watching the snow falling outside. Sauna, hamam, thermal baths, massage everything on a high level. The hot (37 42c) thermal waters really work miracles, your skin becomes shiny and healthy and I’m hoping for a long term benefits. All the stuff members are very helpful and polite! Will definitely come for more!
Water facility: The pools are very nice, theres one big pool thats both indoors and outdoors its one pool, you can swim from inside to outside as you please. Waters warm. Outside you have a hot jacuzzi as well at 35 degrees its very nice. Indoors theres another jacuzzi a bit bigger at 37-40 degrees which is a bit too hot for most people. The steam rooms don't really function well. The hamam is a decent hamam. Food: They give a lot of food all day round tho the food is not the best there is a big variety you can choose from many different foods especially at brekky and dinner. But the reason i give this a 2 is they put quantity over quality on this one and it shows. The rooms: Small rooms, small tvs, small beds and the service for these rooms are average nothing special nd you wont really want to spend time here. The gaming area: It's actually just a bit of a gimmick, pool balls are huge, the dart board is not a real dart board. It's really just a place for kids to chill. Nothing interesting here. Overall if youre going for a thermal experience for 2 days id say its decent for the price. But if youre expecting anything above average i wouldn't go and i struggled staying here for more than 2 days as it got very boring very quickly. Oh and definitely do not get a massage here it's not a real massage and a waste of money.
Provides a good facility and thermal features for a very affordable price. Meals are ok, tea time etc extras for free, rooms are good, has old but working furnitures. Not the best (not even close) for young people though, it has a conservative feeling and mostly elders prefer the place, at least for the season we stayed. It has a small mini-club too, in case you'd need.
