This was our most favourite Indian Restaurant, but recently the service has gone downhill, the last time we visited we were told we couldn't enter at 9-30pm because they shut at 10pm, last night we booked a table for 9pm and no sooner had we sat down we was told they needed our order quickly, we spent almost £100 between four of us the food was lovely but we felt extremely rushed which spoilt our experience. Ordered food on June 10th that never came. I've waited and waited for a refund and today they have told me its been refunded into my bank and its an issue my end. Absolutely no care for a customer that's used them regularly for a very long time. Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. Also hope it's worth it to them for £30 to loose a customer that always promoted there restaurant to family and friends. Food: 3
