Santinos Pizza, Sandakan.

The food was okay. Lack of varieties in beverages. The service was fast, and workers were friendly. Basic amenities were incomplete. No tissues at the hand wash place.

Lack of variety in food and beverage, somewhat slow in delivery and poor acoustic treatment inside the shop, you can almost hear every conversation around you. Pizzas quality is acceptable and so is their signature chicken wings.

Pathetic pizzas. Was told these were better than Pizza-hut, but even the thin-crust pizza was mostly crust. The toppings were meager, and the tomato base sauce was nonexistent. It came within 30 minutes, but I wouldn 't pay any more than $5 for these despite having paid $30 for the combo meal. Still hungry and bitterly disappointed. UPDATE After complaining, I was sent a much improved pizza by Santino 's as a gesture of apology for my bad experience, and staff contacted me to apologise. I greatly appreciated this, it shows they do care about their customers and assume it was not a regular occurrence.

In 2016, the pizza is nice. Price affordable n consider expensive in Sandakan, yet still buying due to the nice pizza. Now start in 2018, very upsetting environment of restaurant with lighting defect, pizza tasteless, dough is too thick not airy. Taste rubbery. Filling is a joke, a lots of cheap ingredients; hotdog, chicken salami, n small cut not fresh vegetables. Felt like cheated. Santinos pizza HQ should check on Sandakan standard branch.. quality suck!

I love the pizza here and very reasonable prices. especially the combos would recommend for large discounts.
