Servizio attento e gentilissimo ci torneremo sicuramente Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I'm sorry I can't give a higher number of stars, but in honesty, in addition to the great friendliness of the Argentinian waiter, I have many flaws to point out. Not exactly an idyllic location, tables located on the street in a crossing where there is often an abandoned building. They could have thought of making the crossroads more pleasant as other places have done with theirs, but nothing. Plastic glasses but glassware prices. The menu is limited, but perhaps less but good is better, but unfortunately this is not the case. At 9pm already 2 dishes on the menu were not available to order and upon ordering a sandwich, after a quarter of an hour we were informed that the chicken had also run out. For what we ate, there was nothing to complain about in terms of quality (apart from the home made sandwiches which were too sweet and limp for our taste). Truly delicious smoked ribs, excellently cooked pulled pork, cut by 2, prepared in such a way as to cut the chef's hands, overcooked. After 2 attempts, we honestly won't do a third. So much potential, but still to be fully expressed.... Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2
A good change from pizza pasta and other classic Italian cuisine. The service was extremely friendly and accommodating during our visit. The food was also very good and I have rarely eaten such good spare ribs. The citizens are also recommended as are the fries. In terms of price, the 4 of us paid around 25 euros per person and we were all very full, or rather almost overeaten. You just have to be careful when locking the toilet because one of the locking options is a bit difficult : Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
The place is small, like almost all the places in San Vito, it consists of 3 tables inside and a few tables outside. We ordered two Baconnaise, chips with cheddar and pulled pork and the guys were so kind that they offered us two pulled pork meatballs. I'll leave immediately with the sandwich. I have tried various buns (sandwich bread) and from personal taste I can say that I prefer normal bread (I prefer it more fragrant and firm under the teeth). However, this is the best artisanal bun of all the ones I've tried because, despite being soft, it has its own consistency and you don't feel like you're eating a cloud (which perhaps some bun lovers may not like, but which I honestly, as a good Sicilian, I loved it). The bacon was crispy, smoky, strong, and it wasn't bacon (many people write bacon on the menus and then it's just bacon) The bacon jam was sweet and smoky at the same time, particular and despite not having tried the other sandwiches I would certainly recommend this one for its particularity. I wanted to leave the burger as the last aspect. Well, starting from the assumption that it is a small place and that it is not a butcher's shop, I could have expected everything, except such tasty and juicy meat, the quality is truly of a high level. This is not to be taken for granted, given that we are in a seaside resort where they often fleece tourists by offering minimum quality and demanding the maximum price. The chips were also very good, with a spicy, soft and above all juicy, moist pulled pork (I happened to eat pulled pork which, if not combined with a sauce such as mayonnaise, ketchup, etc., was dry) The fried pulled meatballs, then, phenomenal, crunchy on the outside and creamy on the inside, truly special and if the house hadn't offered them I would never have known what I was missing. Since I had never heard of them where I have been so far, I can say that it is a unique appetizer and for this reason alone they hands down deserve to be tried. I was lucky enough to go there at a time of year where there isn't much confusion, but I can't believe that if you want to go in the summer it's necessary to book well in advance, given the size of the place and the quality really . Surely if I happen to pass through San Vito again, I will stop by to try the other meat-based dishes since the first experience was truly an unexpected surprise. Great place very good food and the smokiness of the ribs are spot on. Try the in house beers they are very good too. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
