Yesterday was my 4th trip to San Vito Marina to have a fish lunch and once again I ate at La Locanda Del Mare. Every time the food has been of superb quality and fresh as can be. Cooked to order your meal comes to you hot every time. The service is excellent with care and attention to detail making customers feel valued. Don't be tricked by the larger brash seafood restaurants on the street, this small place really does serve the best seafood with excellent service. The price is just €5 a portion and they're good sized portions of food too. Yesterday we had 2 seafood risotto and 2 mixed fried fix and a litre of wine and it came to just €24 and it was served hot and with a smile. Over all the seafood restaurants on the street this is the only one I'd recommend.

Authentic owner with typical restaurant and outdoor veranda. food only apart from the float escapes in the oil for which the lady was justified as it seems all her customers of wide demand the shoe. That's right. They advised me to come back and ask for “discovered” scams. interesting, I'll come back.

Nice location, friendly staff and really good dishes at great prices and fast service, I will return and highly recommend it!
