Pizza Romano - San Tan Valley

I always stick to the pizza and the wings or fries. Also the desert. Pizza Romano has never messed up. From the start, I was always given great pizza. I order a few times from the competitors across the road but they messed up my order so many times. So I went back to Romano.

I would definitely not recommend going here. We walk in and order and they said it will be about 30 minutes, we thought that would be fine so we waited.. as we were waiting we saw almost every person that came in to get their online order get their order only to come back because their order was missing something. The place looked like it was run by a bunch of freshman that didn?t dress professionally nor did they wear anything to secure their hair so it wouldn?t get in the food. We waited and HOUR AND 20 MINUTES just to get our pizza, wings and mozzarella sticks. Any other pizza place where I?ve gotten a bigger order than this didn?t take this long to get our food. This was our first and last time going to this place.

I can?t see this place having less than 5 stars. We went when it was closed, it opens at 3pm on weekdays. The owner aloud us to order early, it was our first time there. He made sure to get us the best deal to feed my family of 4. He allowed my kids to put on cartoons while we waited. He served us and the pizza was fresh and delicious. The sauce is perfect. I?m a ranch lover and the ranch is perfection!!! I had to bring my fiancé back the next day for his favorite, a gyro and fries. The gyro was hearty and great. The calzone I ordered was fresh and of course perfectly paired with the ranch!!!! Here we are the next day, today, and we are craving pizza Romano again!!! Wish it?d open sooner and I?m glad he allowed us to order early that day when we tried it first! Amazing service and better food

I was amazed on how Christina M. Made a huge difference, She reached out after our meal and service was horrible. She not only correct the issues but mended the way we think about Pizza Romano. She gave us credit to give them a second chance and promised that our bad experience will never happen again. We obliged and gave them a second chance which was a great and Outstanding experience. The pizzas that we got after that were so amazing and literally made to what is close to perfection. Thank you and you gained a new costumer back. We will be back.
