Panera Bread - San Rafael

This Panera bread is not good experience for me. I just upgraded from I don 't like to go here for my coffee to U absolutely hate to order anything here They almost every time messed my order (and it 's just coffee and bagel! . ???? Staff is bussychatting with each other and they look at me like How I dare to bother them with my order . I feel always unwelcome here (whenI eat/drink/order inside and angry after discovering 10 miles away my order is not what I wanted. I usually place my orderonline. Panera bread in Vintage oaks Novato is WAY BETTER!

Great food options but best of all it is quick and the staff are friendly

I come to this location a lot and everytime I'm here they change the location of where to get my baked goods sometimes it's by the bathroom and other times it's by the front door

I was excited to try one of the breakfast sandwiches and apparently this Panera is closed Saturday and Sunday every week. This is the only time I would come here and try it so I guess I'm not trying it good luck with your franchise
