Bidra med feedbackThis afternoon, we placed an online order for pickup at 5:15pm through MyThai’s website. When we arrived to pick up at 5:30, it was not ready. Several check-ins later, we were finally handed our food at 6:10, almost a full hour late. At 6:15, we received a phone call that they had forgotten to give us half of our order and that it was now ready. We were given a brusque apology, and told that they couldn’t offer a discount because the order had gone through a different platform (who then told us they couldn’t give a discount without the owner’s approval). They did say we could pick up a free Pad Thai next Sunday, but didn’t give us a physical coupon.The food was ok, but portions of it had clearly been waiting for us since 5:15. In particular, the crispy tofu had turned mealy and several other dishes were cold. I don’t think we’ll be going back.
Very very bad food quality.Taste was not good at all and food wasn’t fresh.

Excellent Thai with some distinctive dishes, good meats and perfectly cooked vegetables.They have a truly excellent sticky rice and mango! But what makes it green?
Have gone to the San Refael location for over a decade, and the Fairfax location a few times as well.The food was always a bit inconsistent between great and just ok. Mostly great.The last year has been consistently dissapointing. Especially the Fairfax location.So tried San Rafael again, but no better.Not sure what happened, but hope they get back to being great.
