Johnny Rockets San Agustin

This chain of restaurants focuses on serving good quality hamburgers in a style dinner accomplishing a very good combination. It is a break from traditional burger restaurants and fast food chains. Skakes are very good and overall exprience above ac¡verage.

Niiiice milkshake, but just looking at the stickiness of all the stuff and the disorder, can imagine the state of the kitchen.....

My first visit to Johnny Rockets. Was met by a joint Hiiiiii by entire staff and had to wait for the staff finishing their dancing. Great show and good atmosphere. I ordered s burger, chicken and a strawberry milkshake. Though overpriced it was good, but...Carl Jr. is better for the money. Though overpriced

...this one was very subpar. The fries were limp and colorless and tasteless and the burger, while it looked like those in the U.S. locations, the texture and taste were not up to JR standards.

There is no complaint about the chain food or concept; I really like the food they serve and the retro decoration and music. I used to visit their restaurants whenever I was on vacation on a city that had one, like Cancun. So having one...in Monterrey should be great, right? Wrong! This restaurant is so poorly managed it delivers a terrible experience. The service is bad and slow, the food is not always up to the standard. So unless you are really craving a milkshake or some other product from them, you are better off skipping this one.
