Blue Water Grill - San Pedro

I did ask about the butternut squash/kale pizza mentioned in the description and they were able to vegan it up for me. I don’t think that was the best choice as it wasn’t super filling to me and some of the other veg choices seem like they might be more hearty for the price point. That being said, the pizza was very delicious, the presentation was great, and the service was fabulous. This is one of the nicer places for a sit down dinner in San Pedro.

The food was delicious. I highly recommend the quinoa bowl. However, I would advise against ordering the Apple cards. Visit the Sunbreeze Hotel on the beach for a fantastic dining experience.

The hummus is delicious and can be served with veggies instead of pita for those who are gluten free. The staff is friendly, there is live music, and the restaurant offers a beautiful beachfront view of the ocean.

We inquired in advance about vegan sushi and were told that custom rolls could be made for us. We were very excited, but upon arrival, we were informed that this was not possible. After some negotiation, they agreed to make a Cucumber Carrot Avocado roll, which unfortunately turned out to be the worst rolls we have ever had. The sushi was not up to par, and the pizza was also disappointing, with a hard crust and boiled vegetables, including boiled carrots, haphazardly thrown on top. We do not recommend dining here. The atmosphere was nice, but the food was lacking. Service was also not great, particularly concerning the vegan options.

I had a great wedge salad and tasty quinoa bowl at this restaurant. Just a heads up, Apple Maps may not accurately lead you here. You'll need to come beachside to the Sunbreeze hotel to find it.
