Dunkin' - San Marcos

Only way to place an order was an acutely limited self service screen, upon asking for oat milk which was disabled as an option the lady said “you didn’t click that” as if i didn’t already know... order came relatively fast but any other location would have allowed my request as I’ve visited many. Will not enter this location ever again

Fast service but my food is always burnt and every day my coffee is messed up I am definitely done coming here. Disgusting.

Waited only 20 minutes for Kolaches, watching the person make them and it took less than a minute. It has been so that the last few times I have gone and it seems quite irritating as it should never take so long.

This location is on campus. They order at a kiosk and wait until they call you. For the money I think it's better than the other expensive coffee shop on campus, but they get so busy that they can't keep the waiting area clean during peak hours. The coffee etc. is exactly what you expect it from a dunkin donuts though. But the selection of donuts was limited when I'm in there.

I don't know how they manage to mess up my coffee every time : very inconstant. only time they don't mess it up is 7am...
