Black Plate - San Marcelino

The AC wasn't working well when we visited. This can be improved or maybe need to add fans or something. Food was good, love the service and the look.

Food was good, delicious and appetizing enough for it's price they took too long to serve our food but still, worth the wait when tasted they have no proper parking for cars, we only left our van on the street side toilet was clean but lacks water at times (this can still be improved) it was warm inside but good on some part, i hope aircon can be improved too)

The food is good It is so delicious and the people their are so nice and polite

Though service took a bit long, food and ambience was great, we were all full!

We had a bad experience. Though they advised that waiting is around 1hour, we waited for 1hr and almost 45mins, we had enough that we have to takeout the foods. To our further disappointment, the Kare-Kare valued at 280php (good for 2-3 persons according to them) doesn't taste like kare-kare at all and for small 3pcs of ox tail (fat part). The carbonara (classic), the egg was overcooked, made it taste more like an egg fried rice. Nevertheless, I am giving them 2stars because years ago this place used to serve better. Maybe it was just that time (I hope). I suggest you give it a try yourself, but for us, we had enough.
