Taco Factory - San Luis Potosí

Poor service and expensive! my son had to stand up for our drinks and eat! never come here! it is not kind at all! and they force you to pay money.

It was a good food and drink in the heat. I myself, my man and two teenagers had a fantastic time. that's until we have our bill. our sweet waitress added our bill. it was written at the lower end by hand. we had one and walk, now and walk. my man speaks Spanish and we know that we are watching so he asked them if she has written in a tipp or part and she said no. He asked what that was for, and first she said it was for the extra sweet in my cheese enchiladas snoring he said, "No, they said they had a veggie." Then she said it was extra for a food service and he told her that no one else did why she did. then she admitted that there was a handwritten tipp and he said, "they had got more than a bill. but you lied and tried to cheat us to get double tip so you get everything.” we love this place, we tap into mexiko what we are talking about here, and never seen in the Taco factory. we have a holiday home in san felipe and taco factory had never hired one that we had in a few years. great eating, but I'm sure the owners don't want to think that their staff performs to cheat them out of their money. be careful. if drink for drinks one at a time. if it costs too much before eating it. eating is great and so is the atmosphere, just being awake.

I ate here tonight. the tacos and drilling and tears were acceptable, but not exceptional. the service was slow and had to call the waitress not once, but twice away from her handy. the guy who appeared as manager or supervisor, finally got us excited and I said our waitress seemed very busy and I asked if we could get an extra cocktail. he went to the waitress and asked her to take care of us. the first margarita of my wife was mixed and not on the rocks. the second was on the rocks and quite all mixed. my beer was good. I had to stand up to ask for the scary while the waitress continues to play on her handy. we live in mexiko months in the year, so this is not acidic grapes. only bad service. we go twice a year to get rid of cabos.

The service was great, the environment, and the food was very delicious. The waitress was very friendly and our food was delivered promptly. highly recommend!!

We visited last night. Although we have had a home in San Felipe for 10 years, we hadn't made it to this place. Our waiter Miguel was very pleasant and the cucumber margarita was refreshing. But the food...not so good. I have the Burro de California 160 pesos..did not come with anything and could have used some more flavor. Kind of expensive. .we can get a delicious authetic burrito in CA for much less. My husband did not care for the carne taco...one taco was 28 peso.
