La Chalupa - San Luis Potosí

When I arrived in san pancho, I enjoy coming here for the delicious fried fish with fries, fries and salat. the fish is super crispy on the outside and soft and fresh on the inside. it is delicious and it is served with tortillas. The...restaurator is under a low palapa and surrounded by a garden. there are nightly specialties and the service is very good. a wonderfully authentic place.

In the heart of San Pancho, just off the main street of Tercer Mundo, we found this charming and typical restaurant and tied it out. The menu is simple we were there for dinner...it serves breakfast lunch and dinner) and includes fresh fish, shrimp,...steak served in typical Mexican fashion. We were happy with all our choices, the fish especially is delicious and nicely served. This is a good antidote to the more tourist-oriented restaurants in the area...real Mexican food served in the traditional way.

I've been coming to this cool place for years, but it's time to leave a review. first it is at the main street of tecero mundo on calle mexico in the coolest small town (shhhhhhh) san panchito. I call it, okay, so it's super good to eat. I always get the whole roasted red snapper with bon and tortillas. so good. cold beer and a cool garden. not unusual and probably would not be considered as fda America, but who gives a f. u can see the young go with fresh cooler of fresh caught fish to clean literally 30 feet of u. art of sketch and type of sketch deal but el patrona or the abuelita is the best part of the whole place. she sits in her wheelchair and observes a happy wheel and always presents a photo with me or my children. love her. place is legit.

It is the real thing. if they want to eat authentic, family recipe this is. the service is good sometimes has to be called to the table, but very attentive and offers recommendations via the menu. for us gringos this is a bit. experience what a great eating to incredibly cheap trips. try the rez melazza for Mexico version of chicken fried steak. (yes texan in the heart.) the environment would not happen any state FDA inspection or a health department inspection, but we are in mexiko. the tellers are clean, the beer is very cold, and the mama ensures that they are well supplied and they have money left to buy a beer to observe the sunset.
